为了解中药全蝎(scorpion)对犬钩口线虫(Ancylostoma caninum)钩蚴的作用,取感染钩口线虫犬粪便(含钩虫卵)5g,均匀平铺于紧贴细菌干粉固体培养基的滤纸上,轻压使其紧密接触滤纸,置平皿中,盖上平皿盖,并用湿毛巾保持湿度,35℃培养24h。水洗沉淀,分离钩蚴,分装3瓶[2ml/瓶(低倍镜每个视野1~3个钩蚴)]。实验组分别加入中药全蝎(2ml)、阿苯达唑(10mg),对照组加2ml生理盐水。同上法继续培养24h。显微镜观察钩蚴生长发育情况。结果显示,中药全蝎组虫体明显缩小,停止发育,内部结构模糊不清,呈粒沙状。阿苯达唑组虫体僵直、萎缩,体表不光滑、无蛋白质折光性,内部结构不清,团块状,凸凹不一。表明中药全蝎、阿苯达唑对钩蚴发育有明显的抑制作用,后者更为明显。
In order to understand the effect of Chinese herbal medicine scorpion on hookworms of Ancylostoma caninum, 5g of dog feces (including hookworm eggs) were inoculated with H. elegans, and evenly spread on the filter paper that adhered to the dry solid medium of the bacteria. On the top, gently press the filter paper, place the plate, cover the plate, and use a wet towel to keep the humidity at 35 °C for 24 hours. The precipitate was washed with water, and the hooks were separated and dispensed in 3 bottles [2 ml/bottle (1 to 3 hooks per field of view at low magnification)]. The experimental group was treated with TCM (2 ml) and albendazole (10 mg), and the control group was treated with 2 ml normal saline. Ibid continues to cultivate 24h. Observe the growth and development of hook hooks by microscope. The results showed that the worms in the Chinese wolfberry group were significantly reduced, and the development was stopped. The internal structure was unclear and granular. In the albendazole group, the parasites were stiff and atrophied, the body surface was not smooth, there was no protein refraction, the internal structure was unclear, and the clumps were lumpy and uneven. The results showed that the traditional Chinese medicine peony and albendazole significantly inhibited the development of hook plague, and the latter was more obvious.
