本研究系统分析了适合辽宁地区的水稻品种(系)资源各类品质性状间的相关性,并应用因子分析和典型相关分析方法研究了各类品质性状的关系。结果表明:多个RVA谱特征值之间相关性显著,直链淀粉含量和食味值与垩白性状呈负相关,食味值与蛋白质含量呈负相关;多个RVA谱特征值与垩白性状、直链淀粉含量和食味值之间存在显著相关性。因子分析表明RVA谱特征值可分为过程因子(热浆黏度、崩解值、冷胶黏度、回复值、峰值时间)和变性因子(峰值黏度和糊化温度),品质性状可分为垩白因子、碾米因子和食味因子,并且过程因子和垩白因子变异贡献率最大。RVA谱特征值与其他品质性状典型相关分析中共检测到3组显著的典型相关变量,其中以冷胶黏度与其他品质性状关系最为密切,其次是热浆黏度、崩解值和回复值;品质性状中垩白性状与RVA谱特征值相关性最高,其次是直链淀粉含量,此外蛋白质含量和食味值与RVA谱特征值也存在显著相关性。本研究结果进一步明确了辽宁粳稻品种(系)资源RVA谱特征值与稻米品质的关系以及其在稻米品质评价中的重要作用,为辽宁地区水稻优质育种提供了理论依据。
In this study, we systematically analyzed the correlations among various quality traits of rice varieties (lines) in Liaoning Province, and studied the relationship of various quality traits by using factor analysis and canonical correlation analysis. The results showed that there were significant correlations between eigenvalues of multiple RVA profiles, negative correlation between amylose content and taste value and chalky status, and negative correlation between taste value and protein content. The relationship between multiple RVA profiles and chalky traits, There was a significant correlation between amylose content and taste score. Factor analysis showed that the RVA spectral eigenvalues could be divided into process factors (hot slurry viscosity, disintegration value, cold glue viscosity, recovery value, peak time) and denaturation factors (peak viscosity and gelatinization temperature), quality traits can be divided into chalky Factor, rice factor and taste factor, and the contribution rate of process factor and chalky factor is the largest. Typical correlativity of RVA profile and other quality traits was detected in three groups, of which cold glue viscosity was the most closely related to other quality traits, followed by hot paste viscosity, disintegration value and recovery value. Quality traits Middle chalk characters had the highest correlation with RVA profiles, followed by amylose content. In addition, there was a significant correlation between protein content and taste values and RVA profiles. The results of this study further clarified the relationship between RVA profile characteristics and rice quality of Liaoning japonica cultivars (lines) and their important role in rice quality evaluation, which provided a theoretical basis for rice quality breeding in Liaoning.
