本文对黄县洼里黑页岩在115~155℃的反应动力学过程和有关机理进行了探讨。经计算油母交联键断裂氧化活化能为 43kJ/mol。残渣和产物的红外分析证实了该温度范围的反应机理,且发现黄县洼里黑页岩水不溶酸以芳构为主,茂名油页岩以脂构为主。核磁分析进一步证实了黄县洼里黑页岩水不溶酸的组成特点。根据氧化产物的组成及其表面活性,就可能找到其特殊的应用场所。
In this paper, the reaction kinetics and mechanism of the black sandstone shale in the Huangxian depression at 115 ~ 155 ℃ are discussed. The calculated oxidation activation energy of the fracture of the oil-and-oil bond was 43 kJ / mol. Infrared analysis of the residue and the product confirmed the reaction mechanism in this temperature range and found that the water-insoluble acid of the black shale in Huangxianli is dominated by aromatics, while the oil shale in the Maoming oil shale is dominated by lipid. NMR analysis further confirmed the composition of water-insoluble acid in the black shale of the Waxi, Huangxian. Depending on the composition of the oxidation product and its surface activity, it is possible to find its particular application.
