Objective To study the changes of single vision fixation of preoperative and postoperative binocular strabismus in patients with amblyopia without strabismus and to explore the significance of binocular vision fixation in evaluating binocular vision function. Methods (1) The patients with strabismus were examined with stereovision and Titmus before and after operation. (2) Bagolini line mirror separation of both eyes, through the arc-shaped field inspection strabismus patients preoperative and postoperative binocular vision fixation. (3) The control group with the same machine, Titmus stereoscopic vision and binocular vision examination. Results (1) Preoperative esotropia patients and patients with constant exotropia binocular binocular vision examination without vision, intermittent exotropia patients with binocular vision when there is a single visual field of vision, but not stable, the scope of the control group, no difference All patients with strabismus eyes binocular vision fixation exist, the scope of the control group no difference. (2) eyes binocular vision field test results with the same view machine, Titmus stereoscopy view strabismus binocular vision results consistent. Conclusions The use of Bagolini linear mirror and arc-shaped visual field examination binocular vision fixation can be understood from the psychophysics strabismus patients preoperative and postoperative binocular vision function in daily life. The method is economical, simple and easy to implement. Clinically, this method combined with other inspection methods can be more fully understand the strabismus patients preoperative and postoperative binocular vision function.
