桂郁金药材的高效液相色谱指纹图谱研究

目的建立桂郁金的HPLC指纹图谱,为桂郁金的质量控制提供依据。方法采用高效液相色谱法进行测定,色谱条件:Agilent SB-C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-水,梯度洗脱,流速为1 ml·min-1;柱温30℃;二级管阵列检测器;检测波长244 nm。结果 10批不同来源的桂郁金指纹图谱共有12个主要色谱峰,所建立的指纹图谱方法学考察结果均符合规定。结论所建立的桂郁金HPLC指纹图谱分析方法简便可靠,重复性好,可作为桂郁金质量控制的有效方法。 Objective To establish the HPLC fingerprinting of Guiyujin, which provides the basis for the quality control of Guiyujin. Methods The HPLC conditions were as follows: Agilent SB-C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm); acetonitrile-water gradient elution at a flow rate of 1 ml · min-1; column Temperature 30 ℃; diode array detector; detection wavelength 244 nm. Results Ten batches of different fingerprints of Guiyu gold fingerprints had 12 main chromatographic peaks, and the results of the methodological study of the fingerprints established were all in accordance with the regulations. Conclusion The established HPLC fingerprinting method of Guiyujin is simple and reliable with good repeatability and can be used as an effective method for the quality control of Guiyujin.
