对边界条件进行了比较接近实际的假设,避免了在测定铸拉出结晶器前铸件表面温度或结晶器壁热流密度的难题。同时采用网格运动法计算了铸拉过程中铸件的温度场,计算结果十分令人满意。
The boundary conditions were compared to the actual assumptions, to avoid the cast casting out of the mold before casting surface temperature or mold wall heat flux density problems. At the same time, the temperature field of the castings in the process of casting and casting is calculated by the grid movement method. The calculation result is very satisfactory.
