紧固件载荷变形关系曲线(P~δ曲线)是计算结构连接部位细节疲劳寿命不可或缺的原始参数。试验测量只能得到有限的紧固件载荷变形关系曲线,本文利用ABAQUS有限元软件建立单剪结构连接件的三维模型,计算紧固件载荷变形关系曲线,从而得出紧固件柔度系数,利用实测值对模型计算结果进行了验证,并研究了紧固件柔度系数的影响因素。
Fastener load deformation curve (P ~ δ curve) is an indispensable original parameter to calculate the fatigue life of the detail of the connection part of the structure. The experimental measurement can only get a finite deformation curve of the fastener load. In this paper, a three-dimensional model of the single-shear structure connector is established by using the ABAQUS finite element software to calculate the deformation curve of the fastener load, so as to obtain the fastener flexibility coefficient, The calculation results of the model are verified by the measured values, and the influencing factors of the flexibility coefficient of the fastener are studied.
