National hydrology and water resources science and technology information exchange meeting was held in Kunming on April 16-19, 2004. This meeting is hosted by the National Hydrology and Water Resources Science and Technology Information Network and undertaken by Yunnan Provincial Water Conservancy Survey and Design Institute. There were 58 representatives of net members from 43 units across the country attending the meeting.
