本文介绍了对某混凝土水塔结构的检测鉴定实例,鉴定中对水塔的外观质量、材料强度、构件钢筋配置情况、钢筋锈蚀情况、混凝土氯离子含量、混凝土碳化深度、地基沉降等方面进行了全面的检测,对水塔的主体结构及地基进行了承载力验算,最后根据现场检测数据和承载力验算结果对水塔的安全性和耐久性进行了总体评估,结论表明该水塔存在较大的安全性隐患,若要继续使用须进行加固补强处理。该水塔的鉴定和评估可为其加固方案的确定提供依据,也希望能为其它结构的检测、鉴定和评估提供参考。
This paper introduces an example of testing and identification of a concrete water tower structure. In the appraisal, the overall quality of the water tower, the material strength, the configuration of reinforcing steel bars, the corrosion of steel bars, the chloride ion content in concrete, the carbonation depth of concrete, The main structure of the water tower and the foundation were checked. Finally, the safety and durability of the water tower were evaluated on the basis of on-site test data and bearing capacity checking results. The conclusion shows that there is a big potential safety hazard in the water tower, To continue to be used to reinforce reinforcement. The identification and assessment of the water tower can provide a basis for the determination of its reinforcement scheme, and also hope to provide reference for the detection, identification and evaluation of other structures.
