目的研究五味子藤茎中木脂素和多糖对CCl4诱导的小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。方法将72只ICR小鼠随机均分为正常对照组(0.9%生理盐水)、模型组(0.9%生理盐水)、联苯双酯组(150 mg·kg-1)、五味子藤茎木脂素高、中、低剂量组(200、100、50 mg·kg-1)、五味子藤茎多糖高、中、低剂量组(200、100、50 mg·kg-1),各组小鼠均ig给药7 d。除正常对照组外,其余各组于第7天给药结束后ip 10%CCl4。6 h后于眼球取血,离心后取血清,测定ALT、AST、TG;测定肝匀浆中SOD、MDA的含量;同时观察肝脏组织的病理学变化。结果与模型组的比较,木脂素高、中剂量组小鼠血清中的ALT、AST活性及TG水平均显著降低;多糖高剂量组的AST和TG水平也显著降低;木脂素和多糖均能显著升高肝脏中SOD的活性,降低肝脏中MDA的含量。结论五味子藤茎木脂素和多糖对CCl4诱导的小鼠急性肝损伤均有一定的保护作用。
Objective To study the protective effect of lignans and polysaccharides from Schisandra chinensis on CCl4-induced acute liver injury in mice. Both lignan and polysaccharide Can significantly increase the activity of SOD in the liver, reduce the content of MDA in the liver. Conclusion Schisandra cane lignans and polysaccharides have a protective effect on CCl4-induced acute liver injury in mice.
