中国特色民族教育理论体系来源于新中国民族教育的实践,是新中国民族教育实践的科学概括与总结。对中国特色民族教育理论体系进行研究,要区分民族教育理论系统与民族教育政策系统,要体现出阶段性、连续性、继承性和创新性的特点。中国特色民族教育理论体系是由一个目的、三大原理、五条原则和十项措施共同构成的完整的理论系统。
