最近,日本东京大学名誉教授近藤正二先生在一篇研究报告中指出,要长寿可以从以下六方面做起: 1. 长寿区域肯定是经常吃鱼或大豆的地方。尤其是爱吃全鱼,即连内脏一起吃的人,寿命更长。没有鱼而又能长寿的地方,必定摄取了丰富的大豆制品。2. 长寿地区是蔬菜丰富的地区,而且一定是喜欢吃萝卜、南瓜的地方。3. 常吃海藻的地方,脑血管发生意外的病人就少,故长寿也很多。
Recently, Professor Emeritus Kondo, University of Tokyo, Japan, pointed out in a research report that longevity can be started from the following six aspects: 1.
