2000年6月8~19日,笔者赴美国佛罗里达大学参加了第13届溶液中表面活性剂国际会议暨美国工院院士、哥伦比亚大学教授P.Sumasundaran教授60岁诞辰庆祝活动。会上本人发表了论文《废水回收过程中抗生素与蛋白质间相互作用机理》(Interactionof Autibistics with Protein Molecules in Treatment of Effent Water),得到了Sumasun-daran教授的赞许。在发酵液这一复杂体系中,研究目标产物与生物高分子杂质间的相互作用理论,有利于提高抗生素提取技术和抗生素废水处理。这一研究方向具有学术上的先进性和技术上的实用性,在国际上居于领先地位。会上美国一食品研究所提出了食品工业中待解决的问题,其中发酵工业中的乳化和起泡是急待解决的问题,严重影响发酵产物的提取收率
From June 8 to June 19, 2000, the author went to the University of Florida to attend the 13th International Conference on Surfactant Surfactants and the 60th Anniversary Celebration of Professor P..Sumasundaran, Academician of the American Academy of Engineering and Professor, Columbia University. At the conference, I published an article titled “Interaction of Autibistics with Protein Molecules in Treatment of Effent Water”, which was praised by Professor Sumasun-daran. In the complex system of fermentation broth, the study of the interaction theory between the target product and biopolymer impurities is helpful to improve the antibiotic extraction technology and antibiotic wastewater treatment. This research direction with academic advanced and technical practicality, in a leading position in the world. At the meeting of the United States Institute of Food proposed food industry to be solved, including the fermentation industry, emulsification and foaming is an urgent issue to be solved, seriously affecting the extraction yield of fermentation products
