采用放射免疫技术 ,设计三种实验模型 ,即力竭游泳运动模型、递增负荷游泳训练模型、注射BSO(L-ButhionineSulfoximine丁胱亚磺酰亚胺 )排空GSH模型 ,观察在这三种实验模型下雄性SD大鼠血清TNF -α(细胞肿瘤坏死因子 -α)含量的变化 ,发现力竭运动后血清TNF -α含量增加 ,运动训练组TNF -α含量低于对照组。注射BSO组 ,其TNF -α含量与对照组相比具增加的趋势 ,但无统计学意义。长时间力竭运动机体TNF -α含量增加 ,以及活性氧产生增加 ,可能影响c -junmRNA和c -fosmRNA的表达量 ,进而影响转录因子AP - 1的激活
Using radioimmunoassay technique, three experimental models were designed, namely exhaustive swimming exercise model and incremental loading swimming training model. GSH model was evacuated by injecting BSO (L-Buthionine sulfoximine), and observed in these three experimental models The content of TNF-α in serum of male Sprague-Dawley rats was determined. The content of TNF-α in serum was increased after exercise, and the content of TNF-α in exercise training group was lower than that of control group. Compared with the control group, the level of TNF-αin the BSO injection group had an increasing tendency, but there was no statistical significance. Prolonged exhaustive exercise increases the level of TNF-α and increases the production of reactive oxygen species, which may affect the expression of c-jun mRNA and c -fos mRNA, thereby affecting the activation of transcription factor AP-1
