通过在常德市鼎城区棉花上开展“沃柯”微生物菌剂的小区试验及示范试验,探索微生物肥料的应用效果。结果显示,基施“沃柯”菌剂有利于改善棉花的经济性状,使棉花蕾期、花铃期、吐絮期提前1~3天,棉花的成铃数增加0.7~1.0个,单铃重增加0.2 g。产量和经济效益也有显著提高,棉花亩增产15.31~17.43 kg,增产率为5.79%~6.75%,亩增纯收入79.88~92.58元。在适当减少化肥施用情况下仍有较好的增产效果。
Through the trial and demonstration experiment of “Wauke” microbial agent on cotton in Dingcheng District, Changde City, the application effect of microbial fertilizer was explored.
