每天盯着电脑屏幕、手机、电视、你的眼睛很受伤!如何缓解眼疲劳,保护视力?英国《每日邮报》给出了五个推论性建议,值得一看。1.遵循20-20-20原则。为了预防一天下来眼部肿胀干涩,可以试试20-20-20原则。具体方法是,每工作20分钟,将视线转移到离自己20英尺(约6米)远的地方看20秒。2.工作交流尽量别发邮件。眨眼可以缓解眼球干涩,但是一直盯着电脑屏幕会降低我们的眨眼频率。因此,如果大家都在同一办公室里工作,最好避免用邮件沟通,以保护眼睛。
