本文结合前人的研究经验以及个人的工作经历通过房屋渗漏的可能原因及其渗漏因素作为入手点,从卷材防水屋面的设计、刚性防水层屋面设计、树立防水技术新概念建立屋面防水工程的系统设计思想、加强防水专业队伍建设、编制专项防水施工方案、加强屋面防水工程的监理力度等几个方面探讨了屋面渗漏的施工对策。希望为今后的研究与工作提供理论基础或者实践指导。 Based on the previous research experience and personal experience, this article starts with the possible causes of leakage of houses and their leakage factors. From the perspectives of the design of membrane waterproof roof, the design of rigid waterproof roof, and the establishment of a new concept of waterproof technology, Engineering system design ideas, strengthening the construction of waterproof professional team, compiling a special waterproofing construction scheme, and strengthening the supervision of roof waterproofing project, etc. Several aspects of construction measures for roof leakage were discussed. Hope for the future research and work to provide a theoretical basis or practical guidance.
