对机械搅拌法制备SiC颗粒增强镁基复合材料的工艺过程进行了探索.着重研究了搅拌温度、搅拌头位置、搅拌速率以及搅拌时间等工艺因素对复合材料中SiC颗粒分散性的影响.形成了一种制备微细SiC颗粒(d=5μm)增强Mg-3Al基复合材料的工艺方法,并获得相应的工艺参数.采用这些工艺参数制备出的镁基复合材料颗粒分布均匀,基体晶粒得到细化,SEM观察表明SiC颗粒与基体结合较好.复合材料的拉伸强度和硬度得到提高.
The technological process of SiC particle reinforced magnesium matrix composite material prepared by mechanical stirring was explored. The effects of process parameters such as stirring temperature, stirring head position, stirring rate and stirring time on the dispersibility of SiC particles in the composites were emphatically studied. A process for preparing fine SiC particles (d = 5μm) to reinforce Mg-3Al matrix composites was formed, and the corresponding process parameters were obtained. The Mg-based composite particles prepared by using these process parameters are evenly distributed and the matrix grains are refined. The SEM observation shows that the SiC particles are well bonded with the matrix. The tensile strength and hardness of the composites are improved.
