圆盘剪分切过程硬质合金圆盘刀磨损及其对分切质量的影响

采用硬质合金圆盘刀进行电磁钢板的圆盘剪分切试验,利用轮廓仪和光学显微镜等检测分析了不同分切长度时圆盘刀的磨损情况及电磁钢板分切断面形貌,研究了圆盘刀的磨损规律及其对分切质量的影响。结果表明,圆盘剪分切中硬质合金圆盘刀的磨损,主要表现为刃口半径和侧边磨损带宽度的增大,而圆柱面的表面粗糙度变化不大。随着分切长度的增加,圆盘刀的磨损加剧,侧面磨损带宽度逐渐增大,刃口半径也随之增加。圆盘刀的磨损直接影响了分切断面质量,当电磁钢板分切长度达到8 000m左右时,刃口半径超过43μm,板材分切断面质量恶化。硬质合金圆盘刀使用的最佳分切长度在8 000m以内、刃口半径小于43μm。 Carbide disc cutter was used to conduct the disc shearing test of the electromagnetic steel plate. The wear condition of the disc cutter with different slitting length and the sectioned section of the electromagnetic steel plate were analyzed by the profilometer and optical microscope. Abrasion regularity of disc knife and its influence on cutting quality. The results show that the wear of the cemented carbide disc cutter during disc shearing is mainly caused by the increase of the edge radius and the width of the wear band on the side, while the surface roughness of the cylinder surface does not change much. With the increase of slitting length, the wear of disc knife aggravate and the width of side wear band increases gradually, and the radius of cutting edge also increases. Disc knife wear directly affects the quality of the cutting section, when the cutting length of the electromagnetic steel reaches about 8 000m, the cutting edge radius exceeds 43μm, the quality of the cut section of the sheet deteriorates. Carbide disc knife use the best cutting length less than 8 000m, the edge radius is less than 43μm.
