目的 为了解舰员航行中和休航期营养状况。方法 进行称量法膳食调查、生活观察法能量消耗调查和体格检查(身高、体重、上臂肌围、三头肌皮褶厚度、肩胛角下皮褶厚度 )。结果 在航行中和休航期舰员膳食能量平均摄入达到军队的供给量标准 ,略大于能量消耗量。上臂肌围值相当正常值的95 5 %和 95 2 % ,显示肌蛋白储存良好。结论 应适当降低能量和脂肪摄入量 ;增加维生素摄入量 ;增加钙摄入量 ,使钙磷比提高到 1∶1~ 1 5。 Purpose To understand the nutritional status of the crew during the sailing and during the off-season. Methods Weighing diet surveys, energy consumption surveys and physical examination (height, weight, upper arm muscle circumference, triceps skinfold thickness, scapular lower skinfold thickness) were observed. Results During the voyage and the sailing crew average dietary energy intake reached the army’s supply standards, slightly larger than the energy consumption. 95 5% and 95 2% of the normal upper arm muscle values, indicating good muscle protein storage. Conclusion The energy and fat intake should be appropriately reduced; the intake of vitamins should be increased; the calcium intake should be increased to increase the ratio of calcium and phosphorus to 1: 1-15.
