目的探讨室内装修污染对学龄儿童肺功能的影响,为促进儿童的健康成长提供依据。方法对泰安市城区5所小学的二~四年级(7~10岁)学龄儿童进行调查,内容包括居室内装修状况、室内空气污染指标监测及儿童肺功能。结果随居室装修时间的延长,室内空气中甲醛、苯、总挥发性有机物的超标率均有所下降(P<0.01);有室内装修家庭的学龄儿童的肺功能各项指标均低于无室内装修组(P<0.01);甲醛浓度超标家庭的学龄儿童肺功能指标低于未超标者(P<0.01)。结论室内装修污染尤其是甲醛浓度超标可能影响学龄儿童的肺功能,对儿童呼吸健康造成危害。
Objective To investigate the influence of interior decoration pollution on the lung function of school-age children and provide the basis for promoting the healthy growth of children. Methods A total of 5 school-aged children aged from 7 to 10 in five primary schools in Tai’an City were surveyed, including indoor decoration, indoor air pollution monitoring and children’s lung function. Results The over-standard rates of formaldehyde, benzene and total volatile organic compounds in indoor air decreased with the extension of room decoration time (P <0.01). The indexes of pulmonary function of school-age children with interior decoration were all lower than those without indoor Decoration group (P <0.01). The indexes of lung function of school-age children with formaldehyde concentration were lower than those who did not exceed the standard (P <0.01). Conclusion Indoor decoration pollution, especially formaldehyde concentration may affect the lung function of school-age children, causing harm to children’s respiratory health.
