随着我国新一代运载火箭研制进入关键阶段,各类组件、部件逐步使用真实介质进行试验。试验系统建设是否满足型号任务试验需要,满足人员防护,以及安全和环保等要求,是衡量试验系统建设是否合理的重要内容。针对新一代运载火箭所使用的某型号单向阀液氢温区性能试验任务要求,设计并搭建了试验系统,该系统能够满足试验在液氢温区下进行的需要,可达到考核单向阀低温性能的目的。目前,该系统已承担了4次型号试验任务,并取得了有效的试验数据,同时,测试结果表明,该系统运行正常,安全可靠。
