破碎作业是矿物处理的基本作业之一。设备购置费、安装费、能源费和维护费须花费大量资金。矿石品位下降 ,生产费用增加 ,使矿山企业的经营变得越来越困难。矿山企业必须改进破碎磨矿技术 ,尤其重要的是须采用能降低基建投资和经营费用 ,又能提高设备效率的破碎磨矿技术。如果Barmac自破碎机能够生产出较细的磨机给矿 ,且能降低能源消耗 ,它就能大大节约费用 ,提高产量 ,因此 ,它可能成为我们所要求采用的破碎磨矿技术。本文主要描述了Barmac自破碎机 (石打石破碎机 )的操作情况 ,评述它对提高破碎磨矿作业效率的作用
Crushing operation is one of the basic operations of mineral processing. Equipment acquisition costs, installation costs, energy costs and maintenance costs have to spend a lot of money. Decline in ore grade, production costs increase, making the operation of mining enterprises more and more difficult. Mine companies must improve crushing and grinding technology, and especially important is the use of crushing and grinding technology that reduces infrastructure investment and operating costs while increasing equipment efficiency. If Barmac’s crusher is able to produce a finer mill feed and can reduce energy consumption, it can save significant costs and increase production, so it may become the crushing and grinding technology we require. This article describes the operation of the Barmac self-crusher (stone breaker) and reviews its role in improving the efficiency of the crushing and grinding operation
