神经鞘瘤为神经源性良性肿瘤,1908年Veroca首次报导。为头颈部少见肿瘤之一,发生于咽部及起源于颈交感神经链者更为罕见。作者报告二例咽旁间隙神经鞘瘤,第一例诉咽痛已数月,左侧咽后壁有3×4厘米肿块,软腭被推向下,肿块下极至舌根平面。全麻下颈侧切开摘除肿瘤,术后出现Horner氏综合征。组织学证实为神经鞘瘤;第二例发现右颈无痛性肿块约2× Schwannomas are neurogenic benign tumors, first reported by Veroca in 1908. One of the rare tumors in the head and neck is rarer in the pharynx and originates in the cervical sympathetic chain. The authors report two cases of parapharyngeal space schwannomas, the first case of complaints of sore throat for several months, the left posterior wall of the pharynx has a 3 x 4 cm mass, the soft palate is pushed down, the bottom of the lump to the tongue root plane. Under general anesthesia, the tumor was removed by lateral incision and Horner’s syndrome appeared after operation.
