王家湾油区含油污水除硫新技术研究

杏子川采油厂王家湾油区含油污水硫含量高达112.5mg·L-1,使得注水后端腐蚀加剧,悬浮物增加,注水压力逐渐升高,严重影响了油田注水开发及水资源的循环利用。本文在室内和现场试验了EIST电化学离子调整除硫技术,实验结果表明:在最佳电极电流为30A/cm2时,电化学离子调整技术使S2-的含量从改建前的62.5mg·L-1降低为2.0mg·L-1。这一技术大大降低了硫离子的含量,成功的解决了杏子川采油厂以及我国目前油田污水处理工艺中普遍存在的问题。水质经处理后可达到延长油田长6油层注入水水质标准,并具有腐蚀率低、水质稳定达标等特点。 The content of sulfur in oil-contaminated wastewater in Wangjiawan Oil Production Plant reached as high as 112.5mg · L-1, making the back-end corrosion of water injection aggravate, suspended solids increased and pressure of water injection gradually increased, which seriously affected oilfield water injection development and water recycling. In this paper, EIST electrochemical ion-controlled desulfurization technology was tested indoors and in the field. The experimental results show that when the optimum electrode current is 30 A / cm2, the electrochemical ion adjustment technology makes the S2- content from 62.5mg · L- 1 to 2.0 mg · L-1. This technology greatly reduces the content of sulfur ions, successfully solved the Xingzi Chuan oil extraction plant and China’s current oilfield sewage treatment process common problems. After treatment, the water quality of the Chang 6 reservoir can be prolonged, and the corrosion rate is low and the water quality is up to standard.
