1987~1989年,对不同品种不同生育时期在中度水分胁迫下抗旱性比较试验结果表明,抗旱性较强的豫玉3号等品种,在干旱条件下,通过增加气孔阻力和脯氨酸含量等以减少水分丢失,提高渗透调节能力,缓解干旱引起的原生质膜伤害,而且叶绿素破坏和硝酸还原酶活性降低较少,因而生长发育和产量形成受干旱影响比不抗旱的品种新黄单85—1和白鹤等较轻。
