以白背毛木耳“漳耳43-28”为研究对象,对比分析了在常规栽培料中添加30%杏鲍菇菌渣栽培白背毛木耳与对照处理的产量、经济效益、蛋白质、多糖、脂肪、粗纤维、灰分、氨基酸等各项指标,探讨了常规栽培料中添加杏鲍菇菌渣对白背毛木耳生产效益和营养成分的影响。结果表明:在常规栽培料中添加杏鲍菇菌渣栽培白背毛木耳,可以提高木耳产量,平均增产22.92%,相对净收益增加54.21%;同时还可以增加其子实体中的粗蛋白、多糖、氨基酸含量,并可降低其中的粗脂肪和粗纤维含量,改善食用口感,提高其药用价值和食用价值。
In this study, the white-backed fungus “Zhang Er 43-28” was selected as the research object.
