茶企所面对的销售环节的供应链系统,构成了同业之间乃至域内之间产品竞争的载体。因此,当前需要在供应链系统上来优化茶企的经营管理模式。通过对三个方面的短板问题进行提炼和分析,当前茶企经营管理模式的优化策略包括:建立O2O销售模式、完善预算、团队组建、研发夏季速饮产品、借助文化包装产品。最后需要强调,随着我国步入后工业化时代,与之关联的信息化技术也应植入到茶企的经营管理之中。
The supply chain system of sales links faced by the tea enterprises constitutes a carrier of product competition among and among the enterprises. Therefore, the current needs in the supply chain system to optimize tea business management mode. Through refining and analyzing the short board problems in three aspects, the current strategies of tea shop management and optimization include: setting up O2O sales model, improving budget, team building, developing summer fast drink products and using cultural packaging products. Finally, it needs to be emphasized that as China enters the post-industrialization era, the information technology associated with it should also be implanted into the operation and management of tea enterprises.
