为探讨复合微量元素对果蝇的生长发育和寿命的影响,设置5个复合微量元素组,采用果蝇羽化时间和寿命试验的方法进行实验研究.结果表明,5个复合微量元素组均能明显缩短果蝇羽化的天数,增多羽化成龄果蝇数目,促进果蝇的生长发育,同时还能延长果蝇的平均寿命和最高寿命,其中尤以8630组(长寿地区微量元素谱)的效果最好,该组雌、雄果蝇的平均寿命分别比空白组延长67.5%和78.2%,其作用还优于维生素E.
In order to explore the effect of compound trace elements on the growth and life span of fruit flies, five composite trace element groups were set up, and the fruit fly emergence time and life test were used to study the results.
