采用 1 8℃、2 2℃、2 6℃和 30℃ 4个温度处理 ,对 5个种 1 0个品系的赤眼蜂进行了亚洲玉米螟寄生潜能的影响试验。结果发现温度并不是影响赤眼蜂寄生亚洲玉米螟的重要因子 ,其种间或同种不同品系间对寄生亚洲玉米螟的潜能存在很大差异 ,所以选择种及品系是利用赤眼蜂防治亚洲玉米螟的关键因素。从寄生率的角度来分析 ,低温更有利于发挥赤眼蜂的寄生潜能。从羽化率来看 ,2 6℃是赤眼蜂羽化的最适宜温度。
Experiments were conducted to evaluate the parasitism potential of Trichogramma from 10 species of 5 species and 10 species at 18 ℃, 22 ℃, 26 ℃ and 30 ℃. The results showed that temperature was not an important factor affecting the Trichogramma japonicus parasitic Asian corn borer, its interspecific or the same species of different strains of parasitizing the Asian corn borer there is a big difference, so the choice of species and strains is the use of Trichogramma Asian corn Key to Borer. From the perspective of parasitism, low temperature is more conducive to the parasitic potential of Trichogramma. From the emergence rate of view, 26 ℃ is the most suitable temperature for Trichogramma eclosion.
