研究了TiFeNiLa合金的组织结构与吸放氢性能.利用光学金相显微技术,X射线衍射技术和电子探针分析了合金成分变化对其金相组织、第二相形态及分布的影响.利用自制真空吸氢反应器测试了合金的放氢PCT曲线和最大吸氢量.解释了稀土元素在改善合金吸氢特性方面的作用机制.
The structure of TiFeNiLa alloy and its hydrogen absorption and desorption properties were studied. The effects of alloy composition on the microstructure and the morphology and distribution of the second phase were analyzed by optical microscopy, X-ray diffraction and electron probe. The self-made vacuum hydrogen absorption reactor was used to test the P-CT curve and the maximum hydrogen absorption capacity of the alloy. Explained the mechanism of rare earth elements in improving the hydrogen absorption properties of the alloy.
