在扎鲁特旗大型超低品位钇族稀土矿床矿物学特性研究的基础上,以散射线本底标准法为理论依据,推导出了低品位钇族稀土矿X-荧光预选中矿石品位的最佳表征方式—“峰背比法”。研究表明,矿块的峰背比值与其中Y_2O_3的含量有良好的一元线性关系。在采用峰背比值作为矿块中稀土含量高低的表征方式的前提下,原矿经荧光预选后可获得Y_2O_3品位为1.52%,回收率为80.52%,Ce_2O_3品位为1.17%,回收率为82.23%的精矿,预选精矿中Y_2O_3含量完全达到原生稀土矿最低工业入选品位要求。
On the basis of the mineralogical characteristics of the large ultra-low-grade yttrium-bearing rare earth deposits in Zalut Banner, the best characterization method of X-fluorescence pre-selected ore grade for low-grade yttrium-bearing rare earth mine is deduced based on the standard background method of scattered ray - “peak back to law ”. The results show that there is a good linear relationship between the peak-to-back ratio of ore blocks and the Y_2O_3 content. Under the premise of using peak-to-back ratio as the characterization mode of rare earth content in ore block, the grade of Y_2O_3 was 1.52%, the recovery rate was 80.52%, the Ce_2O_3 grade was 1.17% and the recovery rate was 82.23% Concentrates, pre-selected concentrate Y_2O_3 content fully meet the minimum industrial selection of primary rare earth grade requirements.
