源于古波斯的琐罗亚斯德教(Zoroastrianism)流入中国后,通常被称为袄教或火袄教。该教的信徒迄今仍恪遵天葬之古训,使天葬这一习俗成为该教别于其他宗教的一大特征,为研究者所注目。本文旨在探讨这一葬俗的沿革情况及其在古代中亚地区的一些遗痕,庶几有助于我们进一步揭示古代该教在这一地区流播的情况。
Zoroastrianism, which originated in the ancient Persia, flows into China and is often referred to as chorges or fire jackass. To date, the followers of this religion have followed the ancient teachings of celestial burial and made the practice of celestial burial a distinguishing feature from that of other religions, which is of interest to researchers. This article aims to explore the evolution of this funeral customs and some of its remains in ancient Central Asia, which will help us to further reveal the situation where the ancient religion was circulating in this area.
