目的:建立水中消毒副产物的离子色谱测定方法。方法:水样在IonPac AS19型阴离子柱(250 mm×4 mm i.d.,5μm)上,采用ASRS-ULTRAⅡ阴离子抑制器,利用氢氧化钾溶液梯度洗脱和DS6型抑制电导检测器检测。结果:溴酸盐在0.005~0.5μg/m l范围内,氯酸盐与亚氯酸盐在0.05~5.0μg/m l范围内均具有良好的线性,相关系数均大于0.999,检出限(S/N=3)分别为0.5、6.2、9.0μg/L。结论:建立的方法可用于水中消毒副产物的测定,结果满意。
Objective: To establish an ion chromatography method for the determination of disinfection by-products in water. METHODS: The water samples were applied to an IonPac AS19 anion column (250 mm×4 mm i.d., 5 μm) using an ASRS-ULTRA II anion suppressor, using a gradient elution of potassium hydroxide solution and detection with a conductivity detector DS6. RESULTS: Bromate was in the range of 0.005-0.5μg/ml, and chlorate and chlorite were linear in the range of 0.05-5.0μg/ml. The correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.999. The detection limit (S/ N=3) were 0.5, 6.2, and 9.0 μg/L, respectively. Conclusion: The established method can be used for the determination of disinfection by-products in water with satisfactory results.
