目的:检测乳腺浸润性大汗腺癌雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)和人表皮生长因子受体2(HER2)的免疫组织化学表达情况,探讨其临床病理意义。方法:对满足组织学诊断标准的33例乳腺大汗腺癌的存档蜡块苏木精-伊红切片、光镜观察进行回顾性分析,免疫组织化学检测ER、PR和HER2表达情况,进行初步分子分型。结果:18例为三阴(TN)型,11例为HER2型,4例归入其他类型。结论:乳腺大汗腺癌具有独特的形态学特征和免疫组织化学表达模式,分子分型多为TN型和HER2型。
Objective: To detect the immunohistochemical expression of estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR) and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) in invasive infiltration apocrine adenocarcinoma and to investigate the clinicopathological significance. Methods: Thirty-three cases of breast adenocarcinoma of the breast that meet histological diagnostic criteria were retrospectively analyzed by light microscopy. The expression of ER, PR and HER2 were detected by immunohistochemistry. The primary molecules Type. Results: Twenty-eight cases were classified as TN, 11 cases were HER2, and 4 cases were classified as other types. Conclusions: The mammary gland sweat adenocarcinoma has unique morphological characteristics and immunohistochemical expression patterns. Most of the molecular types are TN and HER2.
