目的探讨16排螺旋CT输尿管三维重建技术对输尿管病变诊断的指导作用。方法对临床疑输尿管病变患者行普通螺旋扫描或增强扫描,将采集的数据进行三维重建,逐例回顾观察并分析图像质量。结果三维重建能立体反映输尿管的全程和解剖走行方向,重建图像的质量与输尿管病变位置、肿瘤或结石的大小及输尿管扩张程度密切相关。结论输尿管三维重建的影像对输尿管先天发育异常、炎症、结石、肿瘤的诊断更直观逼真,有助于影像诊断医生对输尿管病变诊断,为临床手术提供立体直观的图像。
Objective To investigate the guiding role of three-dimensional reconstruction of 16-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of ureteral diseases. Methods The patients with suspected ureteral diseases underwent routine spiral scan or enhanced scan. The collected data were reconstructed three-dimensionally, and the image quality was reviewed and analyzed on a case-by-case basis. Results Three-dimensional reconstruction could reflect the whole ureter and anatomical direction in three dimensions. The quality of reconstructed image was closely related to the location of ureteral lesion, the size of tumor or stone and ureteral expansion. Conclusions The three-dimensional reconstruction of the ureter with images of congenital ureter abnormalities, inflammation, stones, tumors more intuitive and realistic diagnosis is helpful to the diagnosis of ureteral imaging diagnosis of ureteral diseases, clinical surgery to provide stereoscopic images.
