20世纪七、八十年代,日本经济以其高增长成为世界奇迹,“日本制造”以其价廉物美而风靡全球。然而90年代后日本经济转入长期低迷徘徊状态,一夜间许多大中企业陷入困境甚至倒闭,日本学界称之为“失落十年”。“日本制造”的起伏,对于眼前正在蓬勃发展的“中国制造”有什么值得汲取的经验与教训?特别要想想核心技术领先能力、扩展本土经营能力和国际化经营能力,以及吸引和留住技术人才等方面,中国企业需要登高望远,更上一层楼。
In the 1970s and 1980s, Japan’s economy, with its high growth, became a miracle in the world. “Made in Japan” swept the world with its good value for money. However, after the 1990s, Japan’s economy turned into long-term downturn. Many large and medium-sized enterprises fell into trouble or even collapsed overnight. Japanese scholars called it “a decade of losing.” What is the “Made in Japan” ups and downs and what lessons can we learn from the “Made in China” that is booming now? Consider in particular the core technology leadership, expanding local and international capabilities, and attracting and retaining Technical personnel, etc., Chinese enterprises need to ascend, look to the next level.
