420吨/时超高压中间再热锅炉(50414、50415型)是上海锅炉厂80年代设计制造配12.5万千瓦电站锅炉。投入运行后发现主蒸汽温度和再热蒸汽温度偏低10～20℃,经过分析研究和调正试验,采用燃烧器喷嘴摆动的方法,提高炉膛出口烟气温度,解决了汽温偏低的问题。本文介绍这种锅炉设备概况、运行情况。和分析汽温偏低原因及改进措施,提出改进设计和运行方式的意见供设计和运行人员参考。
420 tons / hour EHV intermediate reheat boiler (50414,50415 type) is designed and manufactured in Shanghai 80s boiler with 125,000 kilowatts power station boiler. Put into operation and found that the main steam temperature and reheat steam temperature is 10 ~ 20 ℃ lower, after analysis and adjustment test, the burner nozzle swing method to improve the furnace outlet flue gas temperature to solve the problem of low temperature . This article describes the boiler equipment overview, operation. And analyzes the reasons for the low steam temperature and improvement measures, put forward suggestions for improving the design and operation mode for design and operation personnel.
