ZYB-1型重力式遥控测波仪由第一航务工程局勘察设计院于1979年初开始研制,并于次年7～8月经过在山东省石臼所港测波浮鼓(-12米水深)上与荷兰制造的“波浪骑士”型测波仪进行了同步观测对比试验。这一研制新产品现经由国家海洋局、中国科学院海洋研究所、水运规划设计院、天津市水利科学研究所等十个单位廿余人组成的评议会于1981年1月15～16日在天津进行了审定。会议指出,ZYB-1型测波仪是我国自制
