运用问卷调查、文献资料、现场访问和数理统计等方法,了解到武侯区居民对体育锻炼的认识及锻炼的项目、时间、地点、内容、消费等方面的情况进行调研。结果发现:武侯区大众健身活动普及程度较高,但锻炼质量有待提高;参加体育健身活动的动机是多层次的;活动内容具有明显的非竞技化的韵律性、表演性、传统性和文体一体化特点;活动形式丰富多彩;经济条件、消费观念等是影响社区居民体育健身消费的主要因素。
Using questionnaires, literature, on-site visits and mathematical statistics and other methods to understand the residents of Wuhou physical exercise awareness and exercise items, time, place, content, consumption and other aspects of the situation to conduct research. The results showed that the popularity of mass fitness activities was higher in Wuhou District, but the quality of exercise needed to be improved. The motivation to participate in physical fitness activities was multi-level.
