在党中央的重视关怀下,近几年,各级党委都把培养和选择妇女干部列入了议事日程,不少优秀的女干部纷纷走上了领导岗位,展示出新时代女性的巨大能量。但是也有少数女干部未能树立较完美的新女性形象,有的跳不出传统女性的圈子,有的却又过于男性化,还有的事业和家庭顾此失彼,包袱沉重,这样,人为地增加了妇女参政的消极因素。这也是目前各级领导班子中的女干部比例小、人数少、职位低的原因之—。要改变这种现状,一方面需要各级组织的重视和关怀,创造和改善妇女从政的外部条件,另一方面需要女性自我的不懈努力,锻炼和提高从政的自身素质。女干部自我形象的完善和活动舞台的广阔是获得事业成功的重要条件。本文以此为重点,略谈一二见解。 首先,女性领导干部要在竞争中和日常工作生活中注意完善自我形象。
In the past few years, the party committees at all levels have included the training and selection of women cadres in the agenda, and many outstanding female cadres have embarked on leadership positions in succession, demonstrating the tremendous energy of women in the new era. However, there are also a few female cadres who failed to establish a perfect new female image, some can not jump out of the traditional female circle, others are overly masculine, and others are losing their careers and families. As a result, they have artificially increased Negative factors in women’s political participation. This is why the proportion of female cadres in leading bodies at all levels is small, the number is small, and the posts are low. To change this situation, on the one hand, it requires the attention and care of all levels of organizations to create and improve the external conditions for women’s political participation; on the other hand, it requires the unremitting efforts of women themselves to exercise and improve the quality of their own politics. The improvement of the self-image of female cadres and the broadness of the stage of activities are important conditions for the success of the business. This article takes this as a focal point, and briefly discusses one or two opinions. First of all, leading cadres of women should pay attention to perfecting their own image in competition and daily work and life.
