通过镀锌板圆盘剪分切加工实验,研究镀锌钢板分切断面形貌特征及分切侧向间隙对剪切带、断裂带、塌角、撕裂角、毛刺等特征的影响规律。结果表明,侧向间隙是影响分切断面形貌的关键工艺参数,随着侧向间隙的增大,分切断面的剪切带高度迅速减小,塌角和撕裂角呈线性增大,而毛刺高度则先增大后减小再急剧增大。侧向间隙较小时,分切断面以塑性剪切带为主,表面质量和精度较高;侧向间隙较大时,以粗糙的断裂带为主,表面质量和精度较差;侧向间隙为板材厚度的1.25%~2.50%时,分切断面具有较为理想的表面质量。
The galvanized steel disc shears is cut and machined to study the influence of the galvanized steel topography on the characteristics of slitting section and the influence of slitting lateral gap on the shear zone, fault zone, collapse angle, tear angle and burr. The results show that the lateral clearance is the key process parameter affecting the profile of the section. With the increase of the lateral clearance, the height of the shear zone in the section decreases rapidly and the angle of collapse and tear increases linearly. The burr height is increased first and then decreased sharply increased. When the lateral clearance is small, the shear section is dominated by plastic shear zone, and the surface quality and precision are higher. When the lateral clearance is larger, the fracture surface is mainly composed of coarse fracture surface, and the surface quality and precision are poor. The lateral clearance is Plate thickness of 1.25% ~ 2.50%, the cutting section has a more ideal surface quality.
