克山农场修造厂研制的双弓锯床,可对圆钢、方钢及其它各种形状的钢材进行下料工作。该锯床采用了液压升降机构,切削工作行程自动吃刀,空行程自动升起,避免了锯条空行程的磨损,可节约锯条一倍以上。该锯床由一台3千瓦电动机驱动,可使双锯同时工作,具有效率高(切断φ80毫米的45号圆钢只需8分钟)、质量好(下料精度可达16～17级)等优点。
