目的:观察虎杖总蒽醌对糖尿病肾病(DN)大鼠肾脏的保护作用。方法:运用链尿佐菌素(STZ)复制大鼠DN模型。将动物随机分为6组,分别ig高、中、低剂量的虎杖总蒽醌(400,200,100 mg.kg-1),开博通6.25 mg.kg-1,模型组和空白组ig同体积(5 mL/只)的生理盐水,1次/d,连续给药8周。通过虎杖总蒽醌对模型大鼠血糖、尿微量白蛋白等指标影响的观察,结合模型大鼠肾脏形态学改变情况,综合评价虎杖总蒽醌对DN大鼠肾脏的保护作用。结果:虎杖高、中剂量组在用药第8周大鼠尿白蛋白量降低(P<0.05);给药4周后虎杖高、中剂量组血糖水平降低(P<0.05);给药组大鼠肾脏病理改变有一定程度改善。结论:虎杖总蒽醌对模型大鼠肾脏具有一定程度的保护作用。
Objective: To observe the total anthraquinone polygonum cuspidatum diabetic nephropathy (DN) rat kidney protective effect. Methods: Streptozotocin (STZ) was used to replicate rat DN model. The animals were randomly divided into 6 groups: high, medium and low doses of Polygonum cuspidatum total anthraquinone (400,200,100 mg.kg-1), Kaibutong 6.25 mg.kg-1, the model group and the blank group ig the same volume mL / only) saline once a day for 8 weeks. Results: The levels of urinary albumin in the high and middle dose groups decreased significantly (P <0.05) at the 8th week of treatment. The blood glucose levels of the high and medium dose groups decreased after 4 weeks of administration (P <0.05) Rat kidney pathological changes have improved to some extent. Conclusion: Total anthraquinone of Polygonum cuspidatum can protect the kidney of model rats to some extent.
