本文提出适用于例行分析的钒的比色测定法。本法选择性良好,不必进行分离(如萃取)等过程,操作简便而且迅速,反应灵敏度高,重现度良好,所用仪器简单。钒(Ⅴ)与磺基水杨酸在硫酸或硫磷混酸中所生成的深蓝色螯合物,在较低温度下(≤100℃)尚稳定,可为比色测定的基础。钢中共存的离子,在控制的条件下不致干扰。文中尚报告测定条件,包括硫酸及磷酸浓度,发色剂用量,放置时间,发色时热效应与温度的影响;以及对这些条件的控制及测定范围。
This paper presents a method for the colorimetric determination of vanadium suitable for routine analysis. This method has good selectivity, without the need for separation (such as extraction) and other processes, simple and rapid operation, high sensitivity, good reproducibility, the instrument used is simple. Dark blue chelates of vanadium (Ⅴ) with sulfosalicylic acid in sulfuric acid or phosphoric acid are stable at lower temperatures (≤100 ° C) and can be the basis of colorimetric assays.
