“教师角色定位”成为高职高专英语教学改革过程中令人关注的热点。以教师为中心的传统教学方式已不能适应当今的高职高专英语教学需要。新的教学方法和教学模式给高职高专英语教师的角色定位带来了极大的挑战。本文主要以更新教学理念、明确教师角色位置为目标,力争达到教师角色与课堂教学组织方式的有效结合,最终能够快速有效地提高高职高专学生的实际英语水平,适合社会发展的需要。
“Teacher role positioning” has become a hot topic in the reform of English teaching in higher vocational colleges. The teacher-centered traditional teaching method can no longer meet the needs of today’s vocational college English teaching. The new teaching methods and teaching models have brought great challenges to the positioning of vocational English teachers. This article mainly aims at updating the teaching concept and clarifying the position of the teacher’s role. It strives to achieve an effective combination of the role of the teacher and the organization of the classroom teaching. It can quickly and effectively improve the actual English level of higher vocational college students and suits the needs of social development.
