胚胎质量评估关乎移植胚胎的选择,辅助生殖的临床结局。目前胚胎评估最常用方法为胚胎形态学评估,即观察发育阶段胚胎卵裂率、碎片率等指标。该方法快速、方便、价格低廉。但是标准不统一,易受观察者主观影响。代谢物作为细胞调节进程的最终产物,能有效地反映细胞发育情况。通过测定培养基中胚胎代谢物,能更有效地分析胚胎活性,预测临床结局。但受检测技术手段所限,目前该方法尚未广泛用于临床。总之,将形态学分析和代谢物分析结合起来,可能是评估胚胎质量最有效的方法。 Evaluation of embryo quality is related to the choice of embryo transfer and the clinical outcome of assisted reproduction. At present, the most commonly used method for embryo evaluation is embryo morphological evaluation, which is to observe the embryo cleavage rate and fragment rate in the developmental stage. The method is fast, convenient and inexpensive. However, the standards are not uniform and are subject to the subjective influence of observers. Metabolites, as the end product of the process of cell regulation, can effectively reflect the cell development. By measuring the embryo metabolites in the medium, the embryo activity can be analyzed more effectively and the clinical outcome predicted. However, limited by the means of detection technology, the method has not been widely used in clinical. In conclusion, combining morphological analysis with metabolite analysis may be the most effective way to assess embryo quality.
