夜蛾类害虫的为害较难确定,特别是棉铃虫和烟青虫各虫态的形态、生物学和生态学特性极为相似,且有许多重叠的寄主植物,在田间作物上很难将两者准确区分开。利用性信息素诱芯的专一性可诱集、区分烟草田间近缘种靶标害虫棉铃虫和烟青虫及其种群动态监测,又经过对田间采集、室内饲养出的成虫进行形态特征鉴定,也验证了利用性信息素诱芯鉴定方法的准确性。该方法简便易行,适宜于基层植保技术人员和群众性测报中使用。
It is difficult to determine the damage caused by pest insects, especially the morphological, biological and ecological characteristics of H. armigera and tobacco budworm, and there are many overlapping host plants. It is difficult to accurately identify the two in the field crops differentiate. The specificity of the sex pheromone can be used to induce and distinguish the cotton bollworm, tobacco budworm and tobacco budworm and their population dynamics in the tobacco field, and to identify the morphological characteristics of the adults collected indoors and indoors. The accuracy of the identification method using sex pheromone was verified. The method is simple and easy to use, suitable for grassroots plant protection technicians and mass measurement and reporting.
