为获得汽车空调用变排量压缩机稳态和动态特性,提出了一种变排量压缩机活塞行程测量方法并研制出测量装置。该测量方法确定容易测量的轴颈插销位移作为测量参数,然后根据活塞部件几何关系推导出活塞行程与轴颈插销位移的函数关系,计算出活塞行程。使用情况证明使用该测量方法可以得出活塞行程的大小和变化情况,是一种简单、可靠、方便的活塞行程测量方式。用该测量方法对变排量压缩机性能的试验研究发现:压缩机的相对容积效率与相对活塞行程成正比;活塞行程是否变化与摇板箱压力和吸气压力差大小有关。
In order to obtain the steady-state and dynamic characteristics of variable displacement compressors for automotive air conditioners, a piston stroke measuring method for variable displacement compressors was proposed and a measuring device was developed. The measurement method determines the easily measured journal pin displacement as a measurement parameter, and then calculates the piston stroke according to the piston part geometric relationship as a function of displacement of the journal pin. Proof of Use It is a simple, reliable, and convenient way to measure piston travel using this measurement method to determine the size and variation of piston travel. The experimental study on the performance of variable displacement compressor with this measurement method shows that the relative volumetric efficiency of the compressor is proportional to the relative piston stroke and whether the piston stroke changes is related to the difference between the pressure of the crankcase and the suction pressure difference.
