目的:探讨自由基对胆色素结石形成的影响。方法:用电子顺磁共振谱(EPR)分析胆石,用FT-IR测定胆红素钙含量。结果:胆固醇结石的EPR信号很弱或检测不出。胆色素结石则可同时具有自由基和过渡金属离子的EPR特征,其中心谱线(g=2.0040,线宽=9.5G)由自由基引起,且强度与胆石中胆红素钙的含量正相关(r=+0.995,P<0.001),结论:胆色素结石中存在源于胆红素类化合物的自由基。自由基对胆色素结五中胆红素聚合物的形成可能有重要影响。
Objective: To explore the impact of free radicals on the formation of bile pigment stones. Methods: The gallstone was analyzed by electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy (EPR) and the calcium content of bilirubin was measured by FT-IR. Results: The EPR signal of cholesterol stones is weak or undetectable. Pigmented stone can have both EPR characteristics of free radicals and transition metal ions, the center line (g = 2.0040, line width = 9.5G) caused by free radicals, and the intensity of gallstone bilirubin calcium (R = +0.995, P <0.001). Conclusion: Free radicals derived from bilirubin exist in biliary pigment stones. Free radicals may have a major impact on the formation of bilidin in bili pigmentation.
